Behind the Painting
Convergence began with the idea of two forces coming together—light and darkness—at a time when I was beginning to feel stronger. I wasn't trying to make the darkness disappear. I wanted the light to become the stronger force.

As the two meet, their boundaries begin to dissolve. Light pushes into the deeper greens and blues, gathering strength while still carrying traces of the darkness it has passed through. A misty trail extends from the luminous center, creating a sense of movement and direction.

For me, Convergence marks a shift. The darkness is still present, but it is no longer in control. I could feel myself moving toward the light—and beginning to believe in my own strength again.
